AjoAje emerged from its Founder's experience working across countries, sectors and ecosystems—and repeatedly seeing both the extraordinary potential created when the right people, institutions and opportunities connect, and the opportunities lost when they do not.
The idea grew from a conviction that relationships, leadership and ecosystem-building should not be treated as secondary to development and prosperity. They are among its foundations.
AjoAje translates that conviction into an institution designed to connect, empower and enable others to build.
